More ice hockey to be produced in the Nordics 
The Swedish based production company has won the contract to produce all games from Norway`s top flight league Fjordkraftligan for the upcoming six years on behalf of Norwegian broadcaster TV 2.
"We are very happy that our production work in Denmark has been recognized and that we will grow our footprint in ice hockey production into another market", says Daniel Franck, CEO and founder of DMC in Sports.
DMC started to produce all games from Metal Ligaen in Denmark ahead of the 2021/22 season for Denmark`s TV 2. 
Since before DMC has offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen. Later on this year the company will also open an office and a broadcast center in Oslo. 
On another note DMC will also start production work in Finland for the Finnish Cup.

Multi-year deal with TV2 Norway for remote prodcution
DMC in Sports has secured a multi-year deal with Norwegian commercial broadcaster TV2, which will help TV2 realize their strategy vision as the home of Norwegian sport. The deal includes DMC remote producing approximately 600 games per year in a wide range of sports, including football, ice hockey, handball, volleyball, floorball, and basketball. DMC will primarily focus on productions featuring 2-8 onsite cameras and utilizing their expertise in remote productions built upon their state-of-the-art broadcast technology. Efficient productions with a greater focus on sustainability are important aspects of this agreement. Read more

Remote production: Bhubaneswar > Stockholm > London 
The 2021 Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup is the 12th edition of the Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup. 
DMC in Sports in cooperation with Sportzworkz India and FIH is producing 48 hockey matches over 11 days. DMC's production services include remote commentary from London and live graphics in Stockholm.  The contribution signal from the OB in India is delivered over IP to Sweden for the world feed , streaming and archive services.  A program return and 4-wire intercom enable co-ordination between India, Stockholm and London.
This global production is enabled by IP and remote production in a professional environment.

New office opens up in Copenhagen, Denmark 
​DMC in Sports opens an office in Copenhagen to support production services for Metal Ligaen, the top Danish Ice Hockey League. 
The office will be managed by Anders Antonssen, former SVP Nordics Sports COO, Discovery Denmark.

Back to their roots by producing Nordea Open 2021, Båstad 
DMC are proud to be the host broadcaster of the WTA and ATP tournament, Nordea Open, in Båstad, Sweden. 
WTA will be produced for domestic broadcast and the ATP in partnership with ATP media for global distribution.
The Nordea Open in Båstad was voted by players as the ATP 250 Tournament of the Year for 11 consecutive years from 2002-12. With the exception of 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ATP 250 has been held every summer since 1948 and has consistently improved as an event. In 2011, Robin Söderling became the first multiple Swedish titlelist since Magnus Norman in 2000.

Multi-year deal to produce 250 matches/year of MetalLigaen 
DMC in Sports has been contracted to produce all matches of the top Danish icehockey league, Metal Ligaen, for a period of four years,
The live production will be produced as a hybrid solution, using NDI over the Internet to connect the arenas with the master control room in Stockholm, Sweden.  Local cameramen and commentators will be at the venues, video and audio mixing, replays and graphics will be in Stockholm.

Remote produce APT Belgium Open
DMC in Sports are producing the APT Belgium Open using a four camera remote set-up over the  Internet. Graphics, replays and audio mixing will be operated from the Master Control Room in Stockholm.

New office opens up in London, UK
​DMC in Sports opens up a remote production office in Shoreditch, London to enhance their offering of remote commentary services to federations and rights holders.
Dedicated fiber  connects the London facility to the Master Control Room in Stockholm with low latency and no quality loss. 
This facilty gives DMC in Sports access to a bigger pool of talents and sports specifc commentators for sports like Field Hockey and Triathlon. It also brings environmental benefits with commentators not having to fly between UK and Sweden.
